Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You can return an item within 30 days of receipt if it is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Process

Accepted Returns: New items in their original packaging.
Return Method: By mail.
Return Shipping Cost: No cost for both defective products and customer remorse.
Conditions for Returns

Defective Products: If the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective, we cover the return shipping cost.
Customer Remorse: If the item is unwanted, the wrong size, or not suitable, return shipping is free.
Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee for returned items.

Damages and Issues

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item as per the instructions, and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Defective Products

For defective products from a denp.shop order or in-store purchase, we will provide either an exchange or a full refund. Contact us at [email protected] to initiate the process. We will verify the issue and, upon confirmation, offer a replacement or a 100% refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
